Anti Cruising Law

You may be aware of some discussion and concern over the current by-law amendment before Parliament at the moment.

Hon Judith Collins, Minister of Corrections has made the above by-law change to the Enforcement Powers Bill and concern has been voiced in regards to the scope of this by-law and whether or not it would affect the events and activities of the association, its affiliated Club members and other legitimate event-management organisations.

The NZHRA Executive felt that as representatives of the Association a letter should be sent to the Minister to voice the concerns of the NZHRA members.
